Stretching/Exercise

  • Sitting all day sucks. Everyone knows this. I set a timer to go off every 25 minutes to get up and stretch and/or do a set or two of light exercise. It makes a huge difference.
  • Stretches: Cat/cow, down dog, cobra, child’s pose, forward folds, wrist folds
  • Bodyweight Exercises: push-ups, planks, squats and the occasional set of dips

Eating/Growing/Fermenting Food

  • Fermenting is trendy now for a reason. Eating live lacto-fermented foods help my mental and physical health.
  • I’m into gardening a bit, and learning about soil health/regenerative agriculture techniques is really fascinating.
  • Aspirational: I want to get into koji cultivation/food preservation.
